Start off our 2024 season with a bang in the ceramic studio! You will be talked through easy hand-built projects and given time in studio to work. The ceramic studio will have open hours and manned with an experienced instructor from 4:00-8:00pm on February 26th and 28th and March 1st to create, then time to dry and fire to bisque and then on March 6th-7th you glaze your bisque-fired pieces. Glaze firing will be the following week, and you will be emailed when your piece(s) are ready to pick up. You absolutely do not have to attend every day, only as much as you want or need to make what you want. Included: *Instruction on basic clay handling and simple hand building techniques. *Time to create, all tools and room to get messy. *Two firings will finish your work, one bisque and one glazed. *Extra: Clay and glazes will be available to purchase. Or you can bring your own.
